Using the website

Use this website lawfully and do not rely on general information as a substitute for project-specific advice. Product availability, decoration suitability and timing should be confirmed for each enquiry.

Quotes and approvals

A quote is based on the information available at the time and may need to be updated if quantities, products, artwork, delivery or other requirements change. Production should only proceed after the relevant project details are approved.

Artwork and permissions

You are responsible for ensuring that artwork and supplied material can be used for the requested project. You should have the rights and permissions needed for logos, images, names and other content you provide.

Consumer rights

These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
