Artwork Requirements

A few simple checks can make your artwork easier to review and your finished print more predictable.

Print-ready basics

Start with the clearest file you have

We can help identify gaps before anything goes into production. The more accurate the artwork, the more useful the conversation.

File type

PDF, AI, EPS or a high-resolution PNG are useful starting points. If you have another format, send it and we’ll assess it.

Resolution

Raster artwork should be supplied as large and clear as possible so the design can be checked at the intended print size.

Transparency

Remove unwanted backgrounds and make sure the file shows exactly what should appear on the garment.

Colour

Keep colour choices intentional and let us know if a particular brand colour matters to the project.

Placement

Include your preferred print position and approximate size, or ask us to recommend a starting point.

Personalisation

For names and numbers, include a tidy list of variations alongside the master artwork.

Good to know

Not sure if your file is ready?

Send what you have with your project details. We’ll tell you what is usable, what might need adjustment and what to consider before you approve the final artwork.

Helpful information to include
