FAQ
Ordering & quantities
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 10 garments using the same design. Your total can include different garment products, colours and available sizes within one shared design order.
Can I mix different garments in one order?
Yes. You can combine products such as T shirts, tanks and long sleeves while using the same design. Artwork placement can be adjusted separately for each garment.
Can I mix sizes and colours?
Yes. Choose from the sizes and colours available for each garment and enter the quantity required for each option. The combined quantity across the shared design must be at least 10.
Can I order fewer than 10 garments?
The online custom apparel minimum is 10 garments per shared design. Contact READY2PRESS if your project has unusual requirements and our team can advise whether another option is available.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Saved designs and previous project details can make repeat ordering easier. Garment availability, colours and pricing may change, so review the current options before confirming a new order.
FAQ
Artwork & the Designer
What artwork files can I upload?
High-resolution PNG and suitable image files are useful for the online Designer. PDF, AI and EPS files can also be helpful when discussing artwork with our team. Use the clearest original file available rather than an image copied from a website or screenshot.
What resolution should my artwork be?
Artwork should have enough pixels for the intended print size. The Designer checks effective DPI and warns you when an uploaded image may print with reduced clarity.
What does the DPI warning mean?
DPI describes how much image detail is available at the selected print size. Enlarging a small image lowers its effective DPI and can make the finished print look soft or pixelated.
Can I print on the front and back?
Yes. You can add and position artwork independently on the available front and back print areas. Printing on an additional side affects the price.
Can I adjust the design for each garment?
Yes. Garments in a shared design group keep their own artwork placement and sizing, so you can account for differences between products while keeping the design consistent.
Will READY2PRESS check my artwork?
We review artwork for basic production suitability, but customers remain responsible for spelling, names, numbers, dates, permissions and the content they approve. A production check is not the same as proofreading or graphic design.
Can you help if my artwork is not ready?
Contact us with the best file or reference you have. We can explain what needs attention and whether artwork assistance may be required before production.
FAQ
Products, printing & colour
Which garments do you use?
The online Designer includes selected AS Colour products across adult and youth apparel. Available products, colours and sizes are shown when you start a design.
How do I choose a printing method?
The best method depends on the artwork, garment, quantity, print position and intended use. READY2PRESS offers options including DTF, DTG, screen printing and embroidery, subject to project suitability.
Will printed colours exactly match my screen?
Not always. Screens display colour using light, while garments and inks reproduce colour physically. Screen settings, fabric colour, artwork colour mode and the print process can all affect the result.
Can you match a Pantone or brand colour?
Strict colour matching depends on the artwork and production method. Contact us before ordering if a particular Pantone or corporate colour is critical to your project.
Can you print on workwear and activewear?
Yes, subject to the garment fabric and decoration method. Share how the item will be used so we can help identify a practical option.
FAQ
Pricing & payment
How is my order price calculated?
Pricing reflects each garment, its size where a surcharge applies, the selected print sides and the combined quantity for the shared design. The aggregate quantity determines the applicable pricing tier.
Does mixing garments affect the quantity discount?
All positive quantities in the same shared design group are combined to select the pricing tier. Each garment still keeps its own base price and applicable size or print-side charges.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Review the pricing summary and Stripe Checkout before payment for the complete order amount and any applicable GST information.
How do I pay?
Online Designer orders are paid securely through Stripe Checkout. READY2PRESS does not receive or store your complete card details.
Can I get a custom quote?
Yes. Contact READY2PRESS for projects that fall outside the online options, involve specialist requirements or need tailored production advice.
FAQ
Turnaround & delivery
How long does production take?
Turnaround depends on garment availability, quantity, artwork approval, print method and the current production schedule. Production timing starts after the order requirements are complete and the artwork is approved.
Does production time include delivery?
No. Allow separate time for production and shipping. Your location, order size and carrier conditions can affect delivery timing.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. Australia-wide delivery is available. Shipping cost and timing depend on the destination and the size of the completed order.
Can I collect my order?
Collection may be available depending on the order and production arrangements. Contact READY2PRESS before ordering if you would prefer to collect.
What if I have a fixed event date?
Tell us the exact date as early as possible. Do not assume a deadline can be met until artwork, garment availability, production and delivery requirements have been reviewed.
Do you offer urgent printing?
Rush production may be possible for selected projects, but availability must be confirmed before ordering. Contact us with the quantity, artwork status, delivery location and required date.
FAQ
Approval, changes & support
What should I check before approving my design?
Check spelling, names, numbers, artwork quality, garment products, colours, sizes, quantities, print sides, placement and scale. Confirm every garment in a shared design group before proceeding to payment.
Can I change an order after payment?
Contact READY2PRESS immediately. Changes may be possible before production starts, but cannot be guaranteed once garments have been ordered, artwork prepared or printing has begun.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Custom garments are made for each customer. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. A full refund may not be available once garments, artwork services or production work have been committed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact READY2PRESS promptly and keep the garments and packaging. Provide your order details and clear photographs of the package and affected items so the issue can be reviewed.
What happens if there is a printing problem?
Send us your order details, a description and clear photographs. We will review the finished item against the approved design and order specifications. Customer-approved artwork errors are different from production errors.
How should I care for printed apparel?
Follow the garment and decoration care instructions supplied with your order. In general, wash gently, avoid harsh heat and do not iron directly over printed decoration.
What if I still do not know what I need?
