Yes. Include any previous project details in your enquiry so we can confirm the current garment, artwork and production options.

High-resolution PNG, PDF, AI and EPS files can all be useful. The quote form accepts up to 3 PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or EPS files, maximum 20 MB per file. For an AI file or another format, contact our team by email. Send the clearest original artwork rather than a screenshot.

Artwork should have enough pixels for the intended print size. We’ll review the file and let you know if it may print with reduced clarity.

DPI describes how much image detail is available at the selected print size. Enlarging a small image lowers its effective DPI and can make the finished print look soft or pixelated.

Yes. Tell us which print positions you need and we’ll include them in the quote and artwork review.

Yes. We can discuss placement and sizing for each product so the design remains consistent while fitting each garment correctly.

We review artwork for basic production suitability, but customers remain responsible for spelling, names, numbers, dates, permissions and the content they approve. A production check is not the same as proofreading or graphic design.
