Delivery timing and costs depend on the project, destination, quantities and the production details agreed for your order. Australia-wide delivery is available; include your required date and destination in your enquiry so we can discuss timing clearly.
Custom printed products are made to your approved specifications. Please check garment choices, sizes, artwork, placement and personalisation carefully before production begins.
If you need to change or cancel a project, contact us as soon as possible. What can be changed may depend on whether artwork approval, production or dispatch has already started.
Nothing in this information limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, does not match the approved description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us so the issue can be assessed and an appropriate remedy considered.
