Shipping

We dispatch all orders from our facility in Hornsby, NSW and ship Australia-wide.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production of custom items before they are shipped.

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (optional at checkout)
• Local Pickup: Free from our Hornsby location (you’ll be notified once your order is ready)

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection (e.g. size, colour)
• Customer-submitted design errors

However, under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll assess the issue promptly.
