What type of printing & decoration methods do you use?
At READY2PRESS, we use a variety of printing and decoration methods tailored to your design, garment material, and quantity. These include Direct to Film (DTF), Direct to Garment (DTG), screen printing, and embroidery. While online orders are printed digitally using either DTF or DTG, bulk orders may use screen printing or embroidery depending on the project requirements. Some decoration methods have minimum order quantities, but we always take client preferences into account.
Do you have a minimum order?
Online orders can be placed with no minimum quantity—buy 1, 20, or more with ease. For larger or bulk orders, we recommend contacting us directly to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer local pickup for orders in Hornsby, NSW?
Online orders are dispatched via mail only. However, you can enjoy free shipping by subscribing to our free membership program. For bulk orders, we can arrange either local pickup or delivery Australia-wide.
What areas in Australia do you deliver to, and what are the delivery costs?
We deliver to all states and territories across Australia using flat-rate shipping. You can also receive free shipping by joining our free membership program.
How long does it take to print and deliver my order?
We print and ship online orders within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and Australia Post's delivery schedule, which is outside our control.
Can I track my order once it's been shipped?
Yes. We can provide a tracking number for your order upon request.
Do you have a physical store in Hornsby, or are you exclusively online?
We operate from a warehouse unit in Hornsby, NSW, which includes a small showroom section. Visits are by appointment only as our team is typically busy with ongoing production.
Can I view samples of your apparel quality in person locally?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide in-person samples for online orders. However, for large or bulk orders, a meeting can be arranged at our warehouse. All our online shop apparel is supplied by AS Colour, known for the highest quality in Australia.
Do you sell and supply blank products?
We can supply blank products from most Australian brands. However, due to our agreement with AS Colour, we only print their garments and do not sell their blanks.

We supply a wide range of apparel from multiple brands, including cotton T-shirts, organic styles, hoodies, caps, workwear, and high-visibility garments.
Do you offer custom designs or personalisation services?
Yes, our in-house designers can assist with custom designs and personalisation services. This service is billed hourly based on your specific design needs. We provide quotes once all design details are submitted.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept high-resolution files in PNG (with transparency), Vector PDF, and other vector formats. A resolution of at least 300 DPI is essential for sharp, high-quality prints. Make sure your artwork is correctly sized to fit the intended garment.
What is your sizing guide, and how can I ensure the right fit?
Each product on our website includes a sizing chart. Please review it carefully to ensure the correct fit before placing your order.
How should I care for my custom T-shirt & apparel items to ensure longevity of the print/fabric?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your custom apparel, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colours. Avoid using bleach and do not tumble dry or dry clean. Do not iron directly over printed areas. For best results, line dry in the shade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify's secure payment platform to accept various payment methods for your convenience and safety.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Refunds and exchanges are provided in accordance with ACL regulations, particularly in cases of major faults or issues with supplied goods.
