At Ready2Press, we aim to provide high-quality custom apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refund policy is here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Custom Products: As our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is faulty, defective, or damaged during shipping.
  • Non-Custom Products: Standard, non-customised products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@ready2press.com.au with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.

3. Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
